1. The issue of compatibility with the Netscape browser has been solved ! Both Internet Explorer and Netscape can now be used to view this site.

The only remaining minor issue with Netscape is that links don't always change colors to indicate visited or unvisited links.

2. Although the site can be used on all screen resolutions - for best viewing set you screen resolution to 800 x 600 resolution or greater. Almost all video display cards support this mode, even cheap ones. To change display resolution, go to START/SETTINGS/CONTROL PANEL , click on DISPLAY, click on SETTINGS tab, set resolution, 800 x 600 is usually 1 step up from min., click apply/ok, some systems may ask you to reboot. Most people I know already use this resolution or greater.

3. Remember speed is relative to your internet connection , if you select to view an entire contract on a single page , and you are stuck with a 33.3 k modem , it could take up to 50 seconds or so to bring it in from the server.

4. This site incorporates the use of frames, each page that you view on your browser actually incorporates several web pages that are pieced together by your browser, as a result , there is times when one part of the page loads before the other. This is normal, a lot depends on how busy the server is and the internet load in general.
