6.01 Membership Dues

6.01.01 Each member of the Union shall pay the membership dues established by the local, or by the National Executive Board in the case of members-at-large. Membership dues shall be collected in the manner determined by the Convention or the National Executive Board.

6.01.02 Locals may provide reinstatement fees for persons who have withdrawn from membership without securing a withdrawal card or who have been suspended or expelled from membership. To the extent to which reinstatement fees require payment of delinquent dues, the per capita on delinquent dues must be forwarded to the National Union.
